DE10-Lite Board (MAX10 FPGA) from Terasic. This is a very nice educational board with switches, LEDs, VGA, 7 seg displays etc. One difficulty – Intel’s drivers for the on-board USB-blaster are still unsigned – meaning for windows 10 you need temporarily disable signed driver enforcement to enable them, which is a mind-bending adventure! Once drivers and Quartus are installed, it is quite easy and fun to work with the board.
